Olga Kuznetsova

Olga Kuznetsova is a Reader in Comparative Business Studies at Manchester Metropolitan University Business School. She has been working in higher education in different countries for more than two decades. The focus of Olga’s research, which is published internationally, is on the emerging market economies and transitioning societies, business environments and organizations; specifically, on the impact that the state of transition makes on the management practices, organisation, and economic rationality. Most of her published work reflects on the post-communist socio-economic transformation of Russia presented through multi-, inter-, cross, and trans- disciplinary analytical lenses.
